McKay Custom Homes, Inc. we realize that our clients will have very different tastes and needs, and we know the standard floor plans featured in our five collections may not be 100% compatible with you. At J.D. McKay Custom Homes we have the capability to alter any of our plans as you see fit, as long as the modifications are within the building code and are mechanically feasible. Or, if you wish, we can work with you to design a fully customized, totally original plan for your dream home based on your own specifications!

With our state of the art software we can render or alter floor plans and generate 3 dimensional renderings; which can be done with your input live at client meetings, or remotely via email. These renderings are complete with accurately depicted brick, siding, mortar, roofing, landscaping and interior fixtures. These renderings are also capable of depicting furniture, including furniture you currently own given the measurements. Accurately depicting your chosen furniture ensures the rooms in your customized plan are properly spaced.

When your customized plan is complete, you will be able to take a virtual tour of your home before construction even begins!
